SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

2. International Shipping We ship to all countries worldwide. Free shipping on all international orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Asia (outside Southeast Asia): 7–14 business days
  • Europe, USA, Australia: 10–21 business days

3. Order Tracking Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

4. Customs & Import Duties Any customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control.

5. Lost or Damaged Items If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will be happy to assist you.
